Bikes: 10 Day Test Ride Guarantee.

We reckon we make the best looking, best quality urban bikes around. That’s why we’re happy to offer the Chappelli 10-Day Test Ride guarantee. If you don’t fall in love with your new Chappelli, then you simply have to let us know within 10 days of receiving it and we’ll send someone to pick it up and refund your purchase price. Accessories

We only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods. There will be no returns on accessories due to incorrect fitment. Please make sure you have the correct sizing before placing an order.
